What Is Life Coaching?

When the balance in our life starts to crumble, so does our state of mind. We lose a sense of direction, hope and our way of life. We lose confidence, develop low self-esteem; causing stress, anxiety and even depression. Statistics say that 84% of the world is stressed out! That’s’ significant! But that percentage doesn’t have to include you, because you have a choice in taking the first step to develop a better lifestyle for yourself.

Our coaching programme invites you to take that first step, so you can bring back balance and start living your best life! Together we achieve this by focusing on 9 key areas of your life.

People often assume that achieving balance and living your best life is about making radical life changes, but this is seldom true. Radical life changes will always take time and can often be difficult to implement.

For most of us, it’s wiser to adopt the mantra “one step at a time”, because making minor adjustments in our main life areas can end up having a greater long-term impact.

We do not realise that some of the things we are focusing on in life are actually causing us short term pleasure and long-term pain. By coming onto our coaching programme, we aim to coach you in building a lifestyle that creates a platform for consistency for long term pleasure and a happier life.

The journey starts with your FREE consultation!

Your free consultation is our first meeting together, completely free of charge and will last approx 30 – 40 mins. The goal here is to get to know more about you and your situation, get to know me as your life coach and explain more in depth about the programme and answer any questions that you may have. After the session has come to a close, it’s completely your choice from there.

A crucial factor in coaching is first knowing if we can work together. Communication and the coaching relationship are the key factors for progression. You are our number one priority, so we want to make sure that you receive all the benefits that our coaching programme has to offer.

How are coaching sessions conducted?

All coaching sessions are conducted over the phone or online via an app called Zoom. This will allow ease and flexibility for you to attend all your coaching sessions. All coaching sessions last for 1 hour.

How does the coaching process work?

Upon signing the agreement, you will receive your personal Kaizen life coaching welcome pack. Within the pack is a workbook for you to assess your starting point within 9 key life areas between a scale of 1-10. You will also receive your personal life balance tracker. This tracker will play a crucial part throughout your coaching journey, because in life, you can’t manage what you can’t measure. This will be explained to you in more detail during your discovery session.

Before each coaching session, you will choose 1 of your 9 key life areas to bring to the coaching session to focus on. Ultimately you are in charge of your life balance and completely your choice on how many life areas you wish to focus on throughout your coaching journey, because only you know what means true to you. You are the leader of your life and together we will commit to improving those key life areas.

As you progress and develop through coaching, you will become more self-aware and understand what kind of life balance is aligned with you. Again, more will be explained during your consultation session.

Do I get support in between sessions?

You can feel reassured that I will be in close contact with you in between sessions through text and voice message to keep you on track with any actions that have been set, or just to give you a bit of motivational support.  This will ensure that you receive encouragement and support throughout your coaching journey.

Will any of my details be shared?

Everything is 100% confidential unless required to by law.  This will be explained in more detail during your consultation.

How many sessions will I need?

The programme is set for 8 sessions with yourself required to attend 1 session a week. This approach allows you to build consistency with your development and keeps you on track with your progression, goals and actions. After the 8 weeks have finished, we will have a closing session and discuss where you want to go from there.
